Rocky Hill Equipment Rentals located at 16701 IH 35 N, Selma, TX 78154 is a ground up construction of a 21,377 sf equipment rental business with a maintenance shop, OH hose reels, office space, second floor storage and a detached wash bay. Scope of work included all UG utilities and coordination, PEMB main structure with fire sprinkler throughout, landscape, irrigation and fencing of the site perimeter with automatic gate.

FISCHER'S MARKET #49

Fischer’s Neighborhood Market #49 located at 25510 Bulverde Rd. San Antonio, TX 78216 is a ground up convenience store with fueling canopy, lease space, drive thru car wash, vacuum canopy, and coffee kiosk. Scope of work included CMU structure(s), UG utilities and fuel storage tanks, fueling and car wash.

Commercial Building Design in New Braunfels Texas

Big League Car Wash #3 located at 2010 W SH 46, New Braunfels, TX 78132 is a ground up drive thru car wash with coffee kiosk. Scope of work included UG utility extension, retaining walls, site concrete, wood and steel framing with CMU and stucco exterior.

Darren Classen General Contractor

Darren Classen

Darren started his career in Construction in the late 1990s working on residential and landscaping projects with his father. After graduating from Baylor University in 2004 he joined the family construction business and ultimately took sole ownership in 2011. When the opportunity presented itself to rebrand and partner with his good friend, Classen Winters, LLC was born.

 

Darren is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels where he has served on the Board of Directors’ multiple years. He has earned Rotarian of the Year and has completed seven years as Donations and Golf Scholarship Chairman.

 

In 2017 Darren was recognized in the first annual New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce Rising Stars, 40 under 40, which recognized community and business leaders under the age of 40 that make significant contributions to the community through their professional activities and civic engagement.

 

Darren is also a Member of The Wurstfest Association, an annual event held in the city of New Braunfels celebrating German heritage and culture. The event, held every November for 10 days, host over 100,000 visitors from all over the world.  Darren has served as Committee Chairman for several years.

 

During his down time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Kim, coaching their daughter and son in various sports as well as hunting, fishing, and golf.

Greg Winters Commercial Contractor

Managing Partner

Greg Winters

Greg started his construction career in 2008 after graduating from Texas State University in San Marcos,TX.  He cut his teeth working with Vaughn Construction on various laboratory Projects in College Station and San Antonio, as well as the University of Houston Stadium Parking Garage where he successfully helped manage over $250MM worth of work.

 

After time with Vaughn, Greg worked for a structural steel fabricator where he helped manage a few high-profile Projects at Disney World and for the Greater Orlando Airport Authority (GOAA). 

 

From there, needing to be closer to family, Greg transitioned into a management role for General Contractor D. Wilson, specializing in K-12 work and large commercial Projects.  In 2019, the opportunity presented itself to partner with good friend Darren Classen, and the Classen Winters, LLC partnership was born.

During his down time, Greg enjoys hunting the south Texas brush country, saltwater fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife and two children.
