Nickel Rock Operations Building, located at 7022 FM 306 in New Braunfels,  is a ground-up construction project consisting of a 15,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility with a fenced and gated entrance. The scope of work included site drainage, earthwork, retaining walls, septic improvements, well updates, and construction of the steel structure with custom interior finishes. The office portion of the facility includes a large conference room, breakroom, lobby, private offices, and open workspace.
