THE COURTHOUSE

The Courthouse, located at 350 Dragoon Crossing in New Braunfels, Texas, is a 26,000-square-foot pickleball and padel facility featuring a full-service kitchen and bar, along with one of the largest outdoor TV screens in the area. The facility was designed to provide a dynamic space for sports, dining, and entertainment.

The scope of construction included site and underground utilities, a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structure, a custom bar feature, and large glass overhead doors designed to create a seamless connection between the interior dining and entertainment areas. The project also includes an expansive outdoor recreation area featuring a playground and additional recreational activities.
